The new Logamax plus GB272 wall mounted gas condensing boiler is perfect for use in multi-family houses, public institutions and commercial buildings. Thanks to the thoughtfully designed and smart configuration, it can be expanded to a powerful cascade with an output of up to 900kW. Both the internal and external design is modular, making assembly, installation and maintenance very simple.

Heat exchanger with ALU plus technology.

High-quality Buderus wall mounted condensing boilers work with cast aluminium heat exchangers with an efficiency of up to 98%* and a very low power consumption in standby mode (2watts). The ALUplus surface finish reduces dirt deposits and combustion residue – for lower maintenance costs and a long service life. That is why Buderus gives 10 years of warranty on heat exchangers.

The EC Power XRGI® combined heat and power unit is available in four variants for buildings with a high power and heat energy demand year round. Installing the combined heat and power unit is very straightforward and it is simple to integrate in the existing heating system.

Buderus freshwater stations meet strict hygiene requirements and always make the right quantity of domestic hot water available. The LOAD plus function ensures smart charging of a central system buffer cylinder. This increases the boiler efficiency with longer burner runtimes and fewer burner starts.

The modular Logamatic 5313 control system optimally controls complex mediumsized and large systems and commercial applications. For simple systems, equipping it with the Logamatic EMS plus control system is also a solid option.

In a system with the Logamatic 5313, the Logamax plus GB272 works perfectly with combined heat and power units, for example, or additional – including regenerative – heat generators and buffer cylinders. This is where the Logamatic 5313 plays to its strengths: Flexible expansion for several heating circuits, sub-stations, multi-boiler systems or the integration of regenerative heat generators. The control system can be expanded with suitable modules as required. For professional remote monitoring, a corresponding Internet gateway can be installed. The entire system can be operated via the Internet thanks to the Internet interface integrated as standard.
