Modernisation of single-occupancy or dual-occupancy buildings.

The existing heat distribution system is to be retained, but operated with a heat pump that is optimised for the replacement of existing oil or gas boilers. A flow temperature of under 55 °C is achieved via optimisation of the radiators. In addition, a photovoltaic system is to be installed with an energy management system and an air-guided stove.

The current generated by the photovoltaic system supplies the heat pump system and the electrical and electronic equipment in the house. Adding another battery storage system increases the proportion of own consumption and the current generated by the system itself is then available when there is no solar irradiation.
