A multi-family house with 10 to 15 residential units.
For a multi-occupancy building of this kind, a centralised heat supply and a decentralised domestic hot water heating system are desirable. The number of residential units can be individually scaled by adapting the output size of the heat pumps or via a cascade. This results in an efficiency-optimised system application for a heat-pump central heating system operated via a single energy source.

The Logamax E156 wall‑mounted boiler supports the system perfectly as an additional heat source and supplies high flow temperatures of up to 85 °C. High redundancy: If the heat pump is not ready for operation, the Logamax E156 assumes responsibility for heat production.

As an addition to the heat pump, the electric wall‑mounted boiler is also ideal for screed drying. This makes it possible to avoid potential defects such as cracks or mould formation.
