An administrative wing with small-scale sanitary facilities, adjoining warehouse and separate warehouse office.

The buildings are of a high standard and have a low heating load. However, there are high cooling loads due to large window areas with solar irradiation and due to servers and PCs. The warehouse is well ventilated thanks to a large number of skylights and therefore does not require air conditioning. The building uses exclusively renewable energy for heating, cooling and DHW generation.

Air Flux VRF air conditioning system

System advantage:

The efficient VRF air conditioning system solves the problem of the high cooling loads in the buildings (large window areas, servers and PCs). It can heat, cool, dehumidify and guarantees a high level of individually controllable climatic comfort. The system, which is connected to the building management system, also enables heat recovery – while one office is being cooled , the removed warmth can be used to heat a neighbouring office.

DHW heating and heat recovery

System advantage:

The system enables heat recovery within the building. This means that heat from rooms to be cooled is not discharged into the environment. Instead, it can be used for DHW heating. This results in low investment and running costs, as air conditioning and domestic hot water are provided by a single system. The high flow temperatures of up to 80 °C that can be achieved by the hydrobox therefore enables a convenient DHW supply. The required hygiene level is also maintained in combination with the buffer cylinder and the fresh water station.

The perfect solution for many applications: With the Logacool AC MS multi‑split air conditioning units, individual areas can be heated or cooled independently. Practical modes and functions make the system into a true comfort air conditioning unit. The system components can even be controlled remotely via the MyBuderus app. In addition, integration in a building management system is possible.
