System advantage:
In new builds in particular, having the right residential ventilation is very important. The Logavent HRV176 pairs perfectly with, for example, a Buderus heat pump to create a standardized full-system solution for new builds. This is because it is extremely sustainable and efficient: Up to 90 % of the heat is recovered from the used air. As such, it produces a healthy indoor climate and high quality of living with lower heat output and lower energy costs.

The BEG subsidy programme.

The BEG (German federal government subsidies for efficient buildings) is replacing the existing programmes from the Credit Institute for Reconstruction (KfW) and the Federal Office of Economics and Export Control (BAFA). Proven elements have been developed further and bundled into three sub-programmes, which is intended to make the subsidy programme easier to understand for citizens, companies and municipalities.

Buderus already complies with the recording quantities of heat and the energy consumption and efficiency display required as part of the BEG individual measures from 2023, enabling customers to monitor and optimise their consumption.
