System benefit:

The level of insulation can be increased in order to benefit from additional subsidies. This in turn increases the level of air tightness and minimizes the air change rate through the building envelope. The air change rate is important for both building and occupants alike. As a result, it is recommended that the standard system be supplemented with a highly efficient heat recovery ventilation unit to ensure automatic air exchange and a comfortable indoor climate.
