A tiny hotel with six double rooms, reception, etc. and a small wellness area with an adjoining conference room. The buildings are of a high standard and have a low heating load. At the same time, there are high cooling loads due to large window areas with the corresponding solar irradiation. The conference room is not used very often, but sometimes at very short notice. The building uses exclusively renewable energy for heating, cooling and DHW generation. In addition, charging infrastructure for guests with electric cars should be established in the car park.

The high flow temperatures of up to 80 °C that can be achieved by the hydrobox therefore enables a convenient DHW supply. The required hygiene level is also maintained in combination with the buffer cylinder and the fresh water station.
